These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.You Agree that:By using this site and/or ordering from Authentics Australia Pty Ltd ACN 063 643 158 (“Authentics”) you agree and accept our terms & conditions of use. We may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion by posting the amended terms on the Website. All amended Terms shall be effective 14 days after they are posted on the Website. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you must immediately cease your use of this site and not proceed with requesting our Goods.

1.       Payment Terms

Payment for all online orders is deducted automatically when purchasing an order through the Authentics’ website.


2.       Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes

We do charge a handling and delivery fee for our services. For these fees please click here. You will be charged all applicable taxes including, but not limited to any Goods and Services Tax on all Goods.


3.       Refund Policy

Authentics will replace items only if they have a manufacturing fault or are the wrong size to that ordered. All refunds provided will be at Authentics’ sole discretion. Worn or damaged clothing or footwear cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. Clothing or footwear which has been damaged in transit on return to Authentics due to improper or incorrect repackaging by the Customer will not be accepted for refund or exchange. To obtain a refund or exchange, you must contact us by telephone or email within 30 days of delivery. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, no refund or exchange will be provided. Only goods purchased on the Website can be exchanged or refunded.  Approved refunds will be charged back to the credit card which made the original purchase usually within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. All costs associated with the return of product is at the Customers sole costs. No refund is provided on handling, delivery and bank charges.

4.       Delivery of the Goods

Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes may be made to the delivery schedule. Any delivery times provided by Authentics’ staff are approximate times and may change.Authentics accepts that in the event of Goods arriving damaged via our own transport we can arrange for a replacement order to be delivered or we will refund your purchase price in accordance with our refund policy.Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Authentics to be authorized to receive the Goods.

5.       Unattended deliveries

Authentics cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you.

6.       Limitation of Liability

Authentics maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Authentics will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, direct or indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

7.       Disclaimer

Neither Authentics nor any of its data or content providers shall be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.Inquiries directed to the contact section of the website, or to any email address linked within the site will be answered as soon as is possible.By accessing the Authentics’ site users agree not to redistribute the graphical or informational content, which can be accessed herein.Authentics reserves the right to alter prices at any time.Authentics has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time we put it there. While we apologise if any errors have been made, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages and all users do so at their own risk. All images used on this site are representations for your information only and are not necessarily true images of that product.

8.       Victorian Law Applies

The laws of Victoria govern this Agreement.
